Day 1:
4 sets - Pull ups unassisted to failure, then assisted to failure
4 sets - Incline rows
4 sets - Bent-over rows
4 sets - Bar curls, inner
4 sets - Bar curls, outer
4 sets - Shrugs

Day 2:
6 sets - Push-ups, elevated feet
3 sets - Bench press, max
3 sets - Bench press, lighter
4 sets - Push-ups, narrow
4 sets - Push-ups, wide
6 sets - Shoulder press
